Can I use the postal code checker inside a custom popup on the product page?

While you cannot place the postal code checker inside a specific product page popup, the global checker appears on all pages of your store.


The Global Postal Code Checker lets customers verify delivery availability from any page. This helps customers check delivery zones before adding items to their cart.


To enable the global checker:


  1. Go to Bird App Settings > Validations.
  2. Enable the Global Postal Code Checker option.
  3. Configure your postal code validation to define valid delivery postal codes.


That's it! Customers can verify delivery availability from any page on your store.
