Can I set different delivery dates for different products in the same order?
Bird Pickup Delivery App applies one delivery schedule to the entire order. Each order gets a single pickup or delivery date and time for all products.

If customers need different delivery dates for different products, they must place separate orders. Each order can then have its own delivery schedule.
Manage orders after placement
You have several options to organize and modify orders:
- Sort and filter orders - Use the Bird App order dashboard to organize orders by delivery date or creation date
- Filter in Shopify Admin - Filter orders by delivery date or method directly in your Shopify admin
- Change delivery schedules - Modify dates and times for existing orders through the Bird App or Shopify Admin
- Create staff orders - Set up draft orders with specific delivery schedules when placing orders for customers
Order management workflow
Your customers place separate orders for products needing different delivery dates. You can then track and manage each order's unique delivery schedule using the Bird App's filtering and sorting tools.
