Can I set different schedules or rates for different store locations?

Yes, you can configure different schedules, rates, and delivery options for various store locations, postal codes, and specific products.


The Bird Pickup & Delivery app gives you complete flexibility to customize your delivery and pickup options based on location, postal code zones, and product types.


Different Schedules for Different Locations


Set unique schedules for each store location. Manage preparation times, available dates, and blockout dates independently for each location.


  1. In Bird App dashboard, choose "different schedules for different store locations"
  2. Select a specific location under "Configure Locations" in Bird Settings and configure its delivery methods individually
  3. Customize availability, set order preparation times, and block out unavailable dates


Different Rates for Different Locations


Set different delivery or pickup rates for each store location based on various conditions.


  1. In the delivery or pickup rates section, select "I have different rates for different locations"
  2. Add rates for each specific location
  3. Configure rates based on price, weight, day of the week, time of day, urgency, or combinations

Delivery Zones


Create delivery zones with unique schedules, rates, and minimum order values. Perfect for charging different fees for nearby versus distant locations.

Product-Specific Delivery Options
