Adding Date/Time to Order Confirmation Emails


To display the selected date and time in customer order confirmation emails:


  1. Navigate to Bird App Settings > Notifications and select Edit Order Confirmation Email
  2. In the email template body, insert the Liquid code snippet from the article linked below
  3. We recommend placing the code above the Order Summary table for better visibility
  4. If using Store Pickup, you may need to customize text within the {% case delivery_method %} block to reflect the order type

Adding Date/Time to Packing Slips and Invoices


The easiest way to add date/time to packing slips is through order notes:


  1. Go to Bird App Settings > Order Management
  2. Enable the Append Date/Time to order note option (this automatically adds the date/time to order notes)
  3. For better formatting, go to Bird App Settings > Notifications > Edit packaging slip
  4. Replace the standard order note code with the code from the article below.
