How do I display the selected delivery/pickup date and time on Shopify orders, packing slips, or in customer email notifications?

Displaying scheduled dates and times requires configuration for three areas: Shopify orders, packaging slips, and email notifications.


1. Shopify Orders (Admin View)


Delivery details are automatically attached to orders and appear in your Shopify admin. Learn how to view scheduled pickup or delivery details.


For manually created draft orders, you'll need to add delivery date/time information separately.


2. Packaging Slips and Invoices


Follow our guide to add date and time to packaging slips and invoices. This requires enabling date/time in order notes and formatting your packaging slip template.


To collect additional delivery instructions, set up special note fields for customers.


3. Email Notifications


Email templates require manual code insertion to display scheduling details.
