How do I limit the number of orders per day or time slot?

You can set maximum order limits for entire days or individual time slots using Bird Pickup & Delivery's availability settings.


When you reach your set limit, that day or time slot automatically disables in the widget. This prevents customers from selecting unavailable options.


Follow these steps to configure order limits:


  1. Navigate to Bird Settings
  • Choose Pickup and Delivery/Configure Locations or Shipping settings
  1. Scroll down to Configure Availability
  2. Enter your maximum daily order count
  • If using time slots, set limits for each specific slot


Once configured, the system automatically manages availability based on your limits.


You're done! The order limits will immediately take effect and protect your capacity.
