How do I see when a customer has scheduled their pickup or delivery?
You can view delivery and pickup scheduling details in your Shopify admin, staff notifications, and the Bird App dashboard.
The selected date, time, and delivery method appear in multiple locations for easy access:
- Shopify Order Details: Delivery/pickup information is automatically attached to orders in your Shopify admin panel. You can also Verify Your Widget Setup — Place a Test Order and view this data in order notes if enabled.
- Staff Notification Emails: Configure your Add Date/Time and Delivery Method to Shopify Staff Notification Emails to include the customer's chosen date, time, and delivery method. These emails are sent automatically when new orders are placed.
- Packaging Slips and Invoices: Add the selected date and time to order notes, which then appear on Add Date and Time to Packaging Slips and Invoices. You can also include this information in How to Add Delivery Date/Time to Draft Order Invoices.
- Bird App Orders Dashboard: The Bird App has an "Orders" section where you can How to Sort and Filter Orders in the Bird App by their delivery date.
- Customer Dashboard: Display the delivery date and time in the customer's account dashboard by Add Delivery Date/Time in Customer Dashboard.
- Google Calendar: Integrate the Bird App with Google Calendar to How to Track Orders on Google Calendar and see new orders with their scheduled times as events.
