How to customize the email templates?

This document will help you customize various email templates that are sent via the Bird App to your customers or internal team.


Follow the steps below to customize the email subject and body:

Go to Settings

Click on Notifications



Select the email you want to customize and click on it



Customize the email subject and email body as per your requirements.



Click the Save button to save the changes.

After saving use the Preview button to view the changes.
