Remove Shopify Estimated Delivery from Order Confirmation Email Template

This document will help you hide the Estimated Delivery date from the Order Confirmation email incase the Shopify in-built pickup is enabled. The order confirmation email will not show the default Estimated Delivery date that can cause confusion to the customer.



  1. Go to Bird App > Settings > Notifications > Edit order confirmation email


  1. Search for "Estimated delivery" in the email template code


  1. Remove or comment the highlighted code by selecting the code and pressing " ⌘ + / " for Mac and " Ctrl + / " keys for Windows as shown in the screenshot below



  1. The updated Order Confirmation Email will look like this:



After following the above steps you can place a test order or resend the order confirmation email from an existing order by visiting the order timeline in your Shopify to view the changes.
