What are the differences between Bird Pickup & Delivery pricing plans and their order limits?
Bird Pickup & Delivery offers four subscription plans with different monthly order limits and location allowances. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial, and annual billing provides a 10% discount.
Order limits count when customers use Bird Pickup & Delivery app functionality for scheduling delivery or pickup. Canceled and refunded orders still count toward your monthly limit. Draft orders count once finalized in Shopify if scheduling details were added via the app.

Overage Billing Options
Enable usage-based billing to handle orders exceeding your plan limit.
- Per-Order Billing: $0.05 per extra order (appears at 85% of monthly limit)
- Per-Location Billing: $5.00 per month for additional locations beyond plan limit
You must set a monthly spending cap for per-order billing.
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans are recommended for Shopify Plus merchants. They include everything in the Premium plan plus custom location limits, high order volume handling, realtime inventory, payment customization, and advanced customizations.
