What will the customer see if an order limit for a specific time slot has been reached?
When a time slot reaches its order limit, that specific slot automatically disappears from the widget. If multiple time slots are available on the same date, only the slots that have reached their limits will be hidden while the remaining slots stay visible. If all time slots on a date have reached their limits, the entire date is disabled and greyed out in the calendar.
To control when this happens, you can configure order limits for delivery and pickup or set limits for orders per day or time slot. You can also configure your delivery and pickup availability settings to control when these time slots are available to customers, and learn how to create time slots for pickup or delivery if you haven't set them up yet.
