Which fulfillment options can I offer with Bird Pickup & Delivery?
Bird Pickup & Delivery supports adding scheduling widget for three fulfillment methods: Store Pickup, Local Delivery, and Shipping.
Each method includes scheduling, preparation times, and rate configuration.
Store Pickup
- Customers select in-store pickup as a delivery option
- Configure availability schedules and preparation times
- Set pickup rates and blockout dates
- Disable Shopify's native pickup when offering multiple methods
Local Delivery
- Offer delivery within your service area
- Set rates by postal code, distance, price, weight, or day
- Configure delivery schedules and preparation times
- Block specific dates for delivery
Shipping
- Manage shipping calendar and preparation times
- Block dates when shipping isn't available
- Configure rates through the app or Shopify
