Which fulfillment options can I offer with Bird Pickup & Delivery?

Bird Pickup & Delivery supports adding scheduling widget for three fulfillment methods: Store Pickup, Local Delivery, and Shipping.


Each method includes scheduling, preparation times, and rate configuration.


Store Pickup

  • Customers select in-store pickup as a delivery option
  • Configure availability schedules and preparation times
  • Set pickup rates and blockout dates
  • Disable Shopify's native pickup when offering multiple methods


Local Delivery

  • Offer delivery within your service area
  • Set rates by postal code, distance, price, weight, or day
  • Configure delivery schedules and preparation times
  • Block specific dates for delivery


Shipping

  • Manage shipping calendar and preparation times
  • Block dates when shipping isn't available
  • Configure rates through the app or Shopify
