Configure Delivery Rates



You can configure the delivery rates for a single location as well as for multiple locations.

How to Add Rates for a Single Location:



Step 1: Select the "I have same rates for all my locations" option, then click on Add Rate.



For multiple locations, add rates for each specific location.
You can Enable or Disable Postal Code Validation to authenticate customers at the cart page.



For configuring local delivery rates over Distance based or postal code.



Step 2: Enter the rate name and condition.



Step 3: Enter values based on the selected conditions:

3a. If you have selected Price, then enter the minimum order price and maximum order price on which you want to apply rates.



3b. If you have selected weight, then enter the minimum order weight(gms) and maximum order weight(gms) on which you want to apply rates.



3c. If you have selected Day, then enter the start day and end day.
As an example, if you want to charge $10 from Monday to Friday and $15 for Saturday and Sunday, you can create two rates.
first rates, where the start day will be Monday and the end day will be Friday. Second rate, where start day will be Saturday and end day will be Sunday, and rates of $10 and $15 respectively.



3d. If you want to configure rates on the basis of SKUs of products, then you can configure the SKUs and rates for those respective products.



3e. If you want to Configure Rates based on Rush, then enter the Min Rush day and Max Rush day.
As an example, If you want to charge for rush days like on the basis of urgency when a user wants delivery on same day or next day you can put Min Rush Day 0(Today) and Max Rush Day 1(Tomorrow).



3f. If you want to Configure Rates based on Time, then enter the Min Time and Max Time.
As an example, If you want to set rates based on time period; when a user wants the product between a specific time period they will be charged as per the specified rate based on time period.



3g. On the basis of Multiple conditions
As an example, if you want to set rates on the basis of day and price, you can select multiple conditions.



Click on Add condition, then select one of the conditions as mentioned in the example.



Now Click on Add condition to add another condition under Multiple conditions.


3h. If you want to Configure Rates based on Date Then set the date range over the calendar.



Define values for conditions:
For Price, set min and max order prices.
For Weight, set min and max order weights(gms).
For Day, specify start and end days.
For SKUs, configure product-specific rates.
For Rush, enter min and max rush days.
For Time, set min and max delivery times.
For Multiple Conditions, combine criteria
For Date, set the date range.

Note: Modify rates anytime to suit your requirements.
