Display Delivery Date & Time on Thank You and Order Status Pages
Display delivery date, time, and method on your thank you and order status pages. This builds customer confidence and reduces support inquiries.
Show your customers exactly when they'll receive their order. This feature displays the selected delivery date, time, and method on both the thank you page and order status page. Customers see their choices confirmed immediately after checkout.

Setup Process
1. Access Checkout Customization
Navigate to Shopify Settings > Checkout > Customize.
2. Select Target Page
Choose which page to display the date and time information:
- Thank you page - Shows immediately after checkout completion
- Order status page - Shows when customers check order status
3. Add Bird Order Details Block
Follow the steps for your chosen page:
For Thank You Page:
- Click Sections > Order Details
- Click Add app Block
- Select Bird Order Details
For Order Status Page:
- Click Sections > Order Status
- Click Add app Block
- Select Bird Order Details
You can configure this feature for either page individually or both pages simultaneously.
4. Save Changes
Click Save in the top right corner to apply your changes.
That's it! Your customers will now see their selected delivery date, time, and method on the configured pages.
Expected Result
Customers see their delivery/pickup details clearly displayed on the page.
