How to change the date and time after the order has been placed?

Follow this document to change the delivery date and time after an order is placed, access the order in the Bird App, update the details, and notify the customer.

To change the date and time of the order go to the Orders section in the app.

If the order date and time are not recorded then click on the pencil icon on the order line as shown below.




If the order and time have been recorded then click on the date to edit the order date as shown below.



A new window will open on the same page. Edit the shipping method, date, and time for the respective order and click on the submit button. Select the option Send notification to customer to notify the customer about the changes.



After submitting reload the page to see the changes.

The changes will reflect on the same page.



Via Shopify Admin



Navigate to the Orders section in your Shopify and open the Order

Click on More Actions and select Bird: Update Date/Time



A popup will appear showing the delivery method, date and time



Update the details and click Submit

Select the option Send notification to customer to notify the customer about the changes.



The order details will be modified.
