- Go to Bird App Settings > Validations .
- Configure Local delivery zip / postal codes.
Enter only those zip/postal codes where you deliver and click on save.
Ex. 92694 or 11* (any postal code starting with 11 so you don't need to put all the postal codes starting with 11).
If you have different schedule for different locations ( Multi Location )
- Go to Bird App Settings > Configure Locations .
- Select the location and enable local delivery.
- Then click "Edit Settings" in local delivery and scroll down to in Local delivery pin codes
Enter only those zip/postal codes where you deliver and click on save.
Ex. 92694 or 11
- (any postal code starting with 11 so you don't need to put all the postal codes starting with 11).
NOTE : Wild card will work in Multi-location schedule only if partial match is enabled as show below in Settings -> Validation Settings -> Distance Validation Mode
Enable Postal Code Checker in Store Header
Add a postal code checker to your store’s header so customers can verify delivery availability from any page. This widget uses the same zip/postal codes you’ve already configured under Local Delivery Validations. Enabling it makes the postal code field appear at the top of every page on your site.
- Go to Bird App > Settings > Validations.
- Find the Enable postal code checker option and Enable it. This adds a postal code entry field at the very top of your storefront.
- Click Save to apply the change.
