Modify checkout page language
If you are not on Advance Shopify or above plan, this article can be useful to you.
Click on the Helpful Shortcuts inside Settings.
Click on the following shortcut.
Edit the desired fields in the checkout language form
You have to scroll down a lot to find these fields.
Load you checkout page to verify the changes you have made.
