Ability to view & book available slots for manually created orders by admin
This is regarding a functionality where we can cofigure number of available delivery slots per day and slot within a day and then customers can select available delievery slot accordingly before checkout.
However when placing a manual order from the back end (e.g. that came over phone) it is not possible to access this tool as an admin when creating the order for customers. I can create a new delivery slot but it is not connected to my available slots so 1) I might select slot that is not longer available or 2) the slot I select will still show as available on the store even if it might be fully booked now.
This essentially prevents me from using Bird as a single source of truth for all my deliveries & availability tracking.

Thanks for sharing this detailed use case.
We understand how important it is to keep delivery slot availability accurate across all order sources. Syncing the same schedule and availability whether an order is placed through the online store or created manually by an admin is key to maintaining a single source of truth for deliveries.
Your suggestion is valuable feedback, and we consider it an important improvement. We have added it to our roadmap as we continue enhancing slot management and admin workflows.

We’re excited to let you know that this feature is now live. You can now sync your locations and schedules exactly as configured in your dashboard.
This functionality is available with Widget V2. Once upgraded, everything should work seamlessly.
