Change status of my orders

change the status of my orders when I mark them as “ready” in Bird? I want the status in shopify to be changed in “in progress” when I mark them ready in Bird

Hi there, Thanks for sharing this — I understand the need to keep order statuses aligned between Bird and Shopify for better visibility. Currently, when you mark an order as "Ready" in Bird, the status is updated within the Bird app only. Shopify, however, supports a limited set of order statuses based on its fulfillment flow (like shipping or delivery), so we may not be able to directly map "Ready" to a custom status like "In Progress" there. That said, our team is actively working on improving this experience. We're enhancing the Bird orders dashboard and exploring ways to introduce clearer indicators within Shopify orders, so it's easier to identify the order state at a glance.
