Delivery zones by date for each delivery location.
Delivery location can have different delivery zones based on the day of the week. Example Tuesday can deliver South/West postal codes, Wednesdays deliver North/East postal codes, Thursdays deliver central postal codes.

This is already doable by duplicating a location and using it as a zone
