Recipient Names in Dashboard

The Bird orders dashboard should display the recipient name instead of customer name. This will facilitate pickup and delivery managment by staff as the recipents name is on the packaging for the pickup or delivery (or shipment) and probably the one in the delivery management app/software you use.

Hi Aaron, Thank you for sharing this suggestion. At the moment, the Bird Orders dashboard displays the customer name, as we generally follow Shopify’s standard order structure and show the details most commonly used by merchants. If the recipient name is captured during checkout via Bird app, you can currently find it under Order Additional Notes in the order details. That said, your request is completely valid and we appreciate you taking the time to raise it. Our team will evaluate how this could fit into the dashboard in a way that improves clarity while keeping the view clean and easy to use. Any updates on this will be shared here.
