Restrict Shipping Postcodes

I have had to do a workaround for this exact problem. I'm using advanced postcode matching and then excluding postcodes I don't deliver to in the settings.

We’ve added Advanced Postal Code Match for UK stores. https://help.birdchime.com/en-us/article/set-up-postal-code-validation-for-local-delivery-1fi7kha/#3-advanced-postal-code-match While this works using allowed postcode prefixes (rather than blocked ones), it lets you fully exclude regions like the Scottish Highlands & Islands by only allowing mainland postcode ranges. This approach gives more control and avoids edge-case mismatches common with UK postcodes Hopefully this would be useful to you and other merchants finding the solution :)
