Hi there, Thanks for the suggestion, and good news, this is now live. We recently launched SMS notifications for stores in the US and Canada, covering the following: - Ready for pickup - Out for delivery - Picked up - Delivered - New Order notification to staff To enable: Bird app → Settings → SMS Notification → toggle on the notification you want Customers will receive the SMS when you mark the order at each stage (e.g. marking it Ready for Pickup, Picked Up, Out for Delivery, Delivered, etc.) — so you stay in control of when each notification goes out.
