Viewable chain of custody
It’d be great to be able to view the history of email alerts attached to their respective orders.
This would allow owners to have an at-a-glance view of all alerts customers have been sent so they can verify and view when alerts are being sent, how they appear, and the entire send history.

Hi William,
Thanks for the feedback. Indeed seems like a good feature.
The way it currently works is, we only send 1 email per action such as marking the order ready or delivered. Example
Pickup
Ready for pickup ( maximum 1 email )
Picked Up ( maximum 1 email )
Delivery
Out for delivery (maxumum 1 email )
Delivered ( maximum 1 email )
So the possibility of duplicate emails is not there by default.
