How to View, Sort, and Filter Orders in Bird App

Access all your upcoming and past deliveries and pickups through multiple viewing options in your Bird App dashboard.


The Bird App dashboard provides flexible order management tools. View orders in list view, calendar format, or sync with external calendars.


View Orders in List Format


View all your upcoming and past deliveries and pickups in a sortable list format.


  1. Navigate to Orders in your Bird App dashboard
  2. Use sorting and filtering options to organize your view


Orders display in creation date order (newest first) by default. Available sorting options include delivery date and creation date. Available filters include delivery method, location, and order status.


The Sort by dropdown controls which date field the date picker filters by. Select "Delivery Date" to filter by scheduled delivery dates. Select "Created At" to filter by order creation dates.


Sort Orders by Delivery Date


Find orders for specific delivery dates or date ranges quickly.


  1. Navigate to Orders in your Bird App dashboard
  2. Select Sort by Delivery Date from the sorting options

When you select "Sort by Delivery Date," the date picker filters orders by their scheduled delivery date.


  1. Click the Date Picker to select your desired date range
  2. Choose Single Date for orders on one specific day
  3. Choose Date Range for orders across multiple days

  1. View your filtered orders for the selected date(s)


Shows the filtered order list displaying only orders for the selected delivery date


You're done! Your orders are now sorted by delivery date.


Sort Orders by Creation Date


View orders in chronological order based on when they were placed.


  1. Navigate to Orders in your Bird App dashboard
  2. Click Sort by and select Created At


Shows the sorting dropdown with "Created At" option selected to sort orders by creation date


When you select "Created At," the date picker filters orders by when they were placed, not by delivery date.


  1. Click the Date Picker to filter orders by creation date
  2. Choose Single Date for orders placed on one specific day
  3. Choose Date Range for orders placed across multiple days


You're done! Your orders are now sorted by creation date.


Apply Additional Filters


Combine multiple filters to narrow down your order search precisely.


Use these filters simultaneously with sorting options for precise order management.


  • Delivery Method: Filter by pickup, local delivery, or shipping
  • Location: Filter by specific store locations
  • Order Status: Filter by pending, confirmed, or completed orders

View Orders in Calendar Format


Visualize your schedule at a glance using the built-in calendar view.


  1. Navigate to Orders in your Bird App dashboard
  2. Click Orders Calendar in the top right
  3. View orders by day with delivery methods displayed
  4. Navigate between months using calendar controls
  5. Filter by location or delivery method as needed
  6. Click any calendar day to see detailed orders for that date


You're done! Your calendar view now shows all scheduled deliveries and pickups.

  1. Access Integrations settings in the Bird App
  2. Connect your Google account
  3. Assign different calendars to multiple locations
  4. All scheduled orders appear automatically in Google Calendar
