I have same schedule for all locations
Follow this document if you have same Delivery / Pickup schedule for all your locations ( could be one or more )
You can choose to offer Local Delivery or Store Pickup for all your locations. Please follow the steps listed below and refer to screenshot:

Preparation times
This helps you configure time required to prepare orders and configure day wise cut-off time
BlockOut Dates
Dates which you want to disable from the calendar, so that customers can not select them.
Block Local delivery / Pick up / Shipping using Applicable products
Only allow certain products to be picked up or delivered and block checkout for rest of the products.
