I have same schedule for all store locations


Set up a unified delivery and pickup schedule that applies to all your store locations. This ensures consistent operations across one or more locations while simplifying schedule management.

What This Does


Configure a single schedule that applies to all your store locations, enabling:

  • All your locations operate on identical schedules
  • You want to manage one schedule for all locations

How to Configure Same Schedule


Step 1: Select Schedule Mode


  1. Navigate to Bird App Settings
  2. Select I have same schedule for all my store locations
  3. Click the corresponding checkbox


Once selected, Pickup & Delivery, Shipping, and Product Overrides options will appear on the main dashboard.



Step 2: Enable Delivery Methods


  1. In the General section, click Pickup & Delivery
  2. In Availability Configuration, enable your preferred options:
  • Local Delivery - for same-day or scheduled delivery
  • Store Pickup - for in-store collection
  • Both - for maximum customer flexibility

Step 3: Configure Availability Settings


  1. Click Edit Settings for your enabled delivery methods
  2. Set your availability for all days or customize day by day
  3. Configure time slots and operating hours

Navigation Tips


  • All availability, preparation time, and blockout date settings are managed from the main Settings dashboard.
  • If you ever need to switch to different schedules for each location, you can do so at any time from the Settings page.
