How to Hide Payment Methods at Checkout

What Are Payment Rules?

Payment Rules let you hide specific payment methods when customers select certain delivery methods or shop at specific store locations. This ensures customers only see relevant payment options for their chosen fulfillment method.

How to Create a Payment Rule

Follow these steps to set up payment method restrictions:

1. Navigate to Payment Rules
   • Go to your Bird App Settings
   • Click Payment Rules

1. Add a New Rule
   • Click the Add button
   • Enter the exact payment method name you want to hide

1. Configure Rule Settings
   • Select Delivery Method: Choose Local Delivery, Pickup, or Shipping
   • Choose Location Scope: Apply to All Locations or select a specific store location

1. Activate the Rule
   • Click Save to activate your payment restriction
