Gophr same-day courier integration now live for UK merchants
Big news for Bird Pickup & Delivery merchants in the UK: Gophr is here. Offer your customers same-day delivery by Gophr’s couriers, with no drivers of your own, and Bird books the courier and tracks every delivery for you.

Bird Settings > Integrations > Last Mile Delivery > Gophr
Example
A London florist ticks My deliveries are fragile, so bouquets never go out by bike. When an order is marked Dispatched in Bird, Gophr collects it at the start of the customer’s time slot and delivers it before the slot ends.
Things to know
- Today, UK stores can also choose Stuart or Uber Direct, so you can pick the right courier for each location.
- Tell Gophr if your deliveries contain food, fragile items or alcohol, so it sends a suitable courier.
- Gophr picks the vehicle from the package size you choose, so a box of cupcakes and a large cake each get the right one.
- Show Gophr’s live price at checkout, offer free delivery over a set order amount, or add your own handling fee.
- Bird can mark the order fulfilled in Shopify and email the customer their Gophr tracking link.
- Cancel an order in Shopify after it’s been dispatched, and Bird cancels the Gophr delivery for you.
- Orders go to Gophr when you mark them Dispatched in Bird, not when they’re placed.
- Showing Gophr’s live price at checkout needs Shopify’s carrier-calculated shipping on your store.
