Edits to rates, zones and settings never reach checkout on their own. They stay a draft until you review and publish them, and every publish can be undone from History.
Publish your changes
- When you have a draft, the You have unpublished changes banner shows. Customers still see your live rates.
- Select Review & publish.
- On Review your changes, check What changes and What customers will see.
- Fix anything under Fix before turning on. Read Worth checking for overlaps and gaps.
- Select Turn on at checkout the first time, or Publish (the button shows how many changes), then confirm.
Customers see the change within a minute.
Throw away a draft
- On Review your changes, select Discard.
- Confirm. Your rates go back to what customers see now.
Restore an earlier version
- Go to History. Each publish shows When, What changed, By and Status.
- On the version you want, select Restore, then confirm.
- If you have unpublished changes, choose Discard them and continue.
- On Review your changes, check the version and publish it.
Nothing changes at checkout until you publish the restored version.
Troubleshooting
- These rates changed while you were editing: someone else published first. Review the latest version, then publish.
- Publishing didn’t finish: checkout still shows your previous rates and your changes are kept. Select Retry.
