FAQs
Why can't I access orders older than 60 days?
Updated June 3, 2026
Request extended order access to read historical orders beyond Shopify’s 60-day limit.
By default, Shopify lets apps read orders from the past 60 days. If you’d like to see older orders, you will need to grant us extended permissions. For more information, please refer to Shopify’s official documentation on order access restrictions.
How to request extended order access
- Let us know you want access to orders older than 60 days via in-app chat or email
- We will send a permission request to your Shopify store.
- You must approve this request in Shopify before we can access your historical orders.
ℹ️
Extended access is read-only. The app cannot edit or write to orders older than 60 days.
