Why is only the billing address showing, or why can't customers see shipping options?

This happens when your cart products aren’t marked as physical or shippable in Shopify. The delivery address form only appears when products require shipping.
Fix product shipping settings
You need to mark your products as physical items in Shopify:
- Check that products in the cart are set as physical products
- Verify products have shipping settings enabled
- Ensure products require a shipping address

Test your checkout
After updating product settings:
- Add the product to cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Verify both billing and delivery address fields appear
