Dateless orders on Plus checkout stores

Fixed an issue where Plus stores using the checkout extension could ship orders without a delivery or pickup date. A write-loop in the checkout picker was clearing the customer’s selected date during delivery-rate recomputation. Orders now reliably retain the chosen date through checkout.
