Delivery postal code & slot selection now persists correctly on cart reload

Customers who select a delivery date and postal code will now see their choices preserved when they return to the cart — no need to re-enter anything. If a postal code is entered for an area without local delivery, it will no longer persist and trigger a misleading ‘delivery not available’ error on the next load.
