Send order reports and CSV exports to multiple email addresses
Good news for Bird Pickup & Delivery merchants: order exports and production reports can now go to up to 3 email addresses, not just the store owner. Send tomorrow’s production report straight to your kitchen and your front desk.
Where to set it
Bird > Orders: select orders, click Export, and add the recipients.
Example
A bakery sends each day’s production report to the owner, the kitchen and the front desk, so everyone starts the morning with the same list.
Things to know
- Bird remembers your recipients for next time.
- Separate the emails with commas, and Bird checks each one as you type.
