Can I mark orders as "Ready for Pickup" directly from the Shopify POS app?

Yes, you can mark orders as Ready for Pickup directly within the Shopify POS interface.

Staff use the Bird View Orders tile in Shopify POS to manage existing orders. How to Integrate Bird Pickup & Delivery with Shopify POS if you haven’t already.

To update the status:

  1. Open the order details using the Bird View Orders tile.
  2. Click the Mark as Ready status button.

This automatically updates the order status and How to Send Pickup and Delivery Notifications to Customers if you’ve configured notification settings.
