Can I mark orders as "Ready for Pickup" directly from the Shopify POS app?

Yes — open the order in the Bird: View Orders tile and tap Mark as Ready for Pickup. See the Order Management section of Shopify POS if you haven’t set up the tile yet.
Marking an order Ready updates its status immediately in both POS and Shopify admin, and triggers customer notifications if you’ve configured them.
