Does the Bird Pickup & Delivery app work with Shopify POS?

Yes, Bird Pickup & Delivery integrates seamlessly with Shopify Point of Sale (POS) to streamline your order management.
Staff can add delivery and pickup details directly within Shopify POS using our two dedicated POS tiles. For detailed setup instructions, see our How to Integrate Bird Pickup & Delivery with Shopify POS. Here’s how the integration works:
- Add the Scheduling Tile: Add the “Bird: Order Details” tile to schedule dates and times for new orders.
- Add the Order Management Tile: Add the “Bird: View Orders” tile to view, filter, and manage all scheduled orders.
- Process Orders: When creating orders in POS, staff use the Scheduling Tile to select delivery methods (Shipping, Delivery, or Pick-up), choose locations, and schedule specific dates and times.
- Track Usage: Orders processed through POS with scheduling details count toward your monthly order limit.
