How do I view upcoming deliveries and pickups?

You can view upcoming orders through the Bird App dashboard using calendar view, list view or third-party integrations like Google Calendar.
Use Built-In Calendar View
The most efficient way to visualize your schedule is the built-in calendar:
- Go to Orders in your dashboard
- Click Orders Calendar in the top right
- View orders by day with delivery methods
- Navigate between months using calendar controls
- Filter by location or delivery method as needed
- Click any calendar day to see detailed orders for that date
View Orders in List Format
- Open the Bird App dashboard
- Navigate to the Orders section
- Use the sorting and filtering options as detailed in our How to Sort and Filter Orders in the Bird App:
- Sort by delivery date using the date picker
- Sort by creation date with most recent first
- Filter by delivery method (Local Delivery, Pickup, Shipping)
- Filter by location for multi-store setups
- Filter by order status (e.g., Ready, Fulfilled, etc.)
Connect External Calendar Apps
Integrate with Google Calendar for automatic synchronization using our How to Track Orders on Google Calendar:
- Access Integrations settings in the Bird App
- Connect your Google account
- Assign different calendars to multiple locations
- All scheduled orders appear automatically in Google Calendar
Generate Production Reports
Export order breakdowns for inventory planning following our How to Export Scheduled Orders — Order Production Reports:
- Upgrade to Premium plan for production reports
- Navigate to Orders page
- Export CSV files with item requirements by date range
You’re done! Your dashboard now displays all upcoming deliveries and pickups efficiently.
