Carrier rate name variables now resolve correctly at checkout

Rate names that use {{selected_date}} or {{selected_time}} with Shopify’s carrier-calculated shipping now show the customer’s actual date and time at checkout, instead of the placeholder text.

Choose how the date and time are written in Bird Settings > Rates > Manage visibility.
