Extended order data retention with read all orders permission
Good news for Bird Pickup & Delivery merchants: you can now keep up to a full year of order history in Bird, instead of 60 days, so your reports and order history stay complete all year.
Where to set it
Bird Settings > Order Management > Data retention
Example
A florist planning for Mother’s Day pulls up last year’s orders to see which bouquets sold out first.
Things to know
- Choose 90, 180 or 365 days.
- Shopify asks you to let Bird view all your past and future orders. Approve it, and the new period starts.
- Orders older than the period you choose are deleted from Bird automatically.
