Uncovered rate range warnings in rates setup
Bird Pickup & Delivery now spots gaps in your rates for you. If no rate covers a price range, a weight range or a day, the Rates page shows a Rate coverage gaps notice listing exactly what’s missing, so you can fix it before a customer reaches checkout and finds no delivery option.
Where to set it
Bird Settings > Rates
Example
A florist’s delivery rates start at $25, so orders under $25 would get no rate. The notice flags the $0 to $25 gap, and the florist adds a rate to cover it.
